Candulux provides automated chart analysis tools for cryptocurrency traders, including support and resistance detection, trendline analysis, and pattern recognition. The Service is intended to assist with technical analysis and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation: You must register for an account using a valid, permanent email address. Each user may maintain only one account. Accounts created with temporary or disposable email addresses are subject to immediate termination.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Passwords must meet minimum security requirements (minimum 6 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers or symbols). You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Restrictions: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or engaging in abusive behavior.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Tier: Includes 3 daily analyses with basic features including support/resistance and trendline detection.
• Pro Subscription: Billed monthly at $4.99 or annually at $49.90 (saving approximately 16%). Includes unlimited analysis, chart pattern detection, and priority support.
• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying code—are owned by Candulux and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Certain visual elements may be sourced from licensed third-party providers including Pixabay, Vecteezy, and TradingView.

6. Third-Party Services

Authentication & Data Storage: We use Firebase for user authentication and data storage. By using our Service, you agree to Firebase's terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service.

Market Data: Price data and charts are provided through integration with Binance and TradingView. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party market data.

The analysis provided should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instruments. No Guarantees: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. Candulux is not a "holy grail" trading tool and does not guarantee profits or successful trading outcomes.

Risk Acknowledgement: Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candulux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iv) trading decisions made based on our analysis tools.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
