Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at candulux@gmail.com before the 14-day period has expired.
Digital Service Access
Candulux provides automated chart analysis services that begin immediately upon subscription. By using our service during the 14-day refund period, you acknowledge that the digital service has been provided and your right to withdraw may be affected.
If you request a refund after having accessed and used the service, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided up until the time you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at candulux@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for your refund request
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Subscription Management
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com. By subscribing to Candulux Pro, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
